Fill out the Baby Registry Form and
customize your registry with the following choices:
1) Choose the amount and number of gift certificates available to purchase.
For example, if you are interested
in a Collection that costs $300, you can setup your regsitry to have twelve $25
Gift Certificates for purchase. Your Baby Shower guests can
purchase as many of the tweleve Gift certificates as they like.
2) Choose the date to start and end your Baby Registry.
3) Choose a name or code for the gift certificate along with the description.
The description can be anything you'd like to say to your baby
shower guests such as the photography collection you wish to purchase with the gift certificate.
We will then setup your Baby Registry in our Portrait Boutique and email you your
Baby Registry Information (Website address, Registry code and description) to provide
your Shower Guests.
After they purchase a gift certificate, we will personalize and mail them a custom
Gift Certificate to present you at the Baby Shower.
